Professional Development

Continual professional development will be promoted throughout your career with us. We offer extensive induction procedures and training from the point of entry so staff are fully knowledgeable and prepared before employment commences. We offer in-house training, with the support of an Early Years Professional and ongoing external training. We provide opportunities to enhance qualifications from NVQ to degree level. We believe in keeping our staff motivated and up to date with current practices and are committed to providing excellent career development and support.

Working hours

The nursery is open all year round excluding bank holidays between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Weekly rotas are fair and shifts scattered throughout the week and we will accommodate day off requests when possible.

Discounted Childcare

We offer 10% off childcare fees for all staff who place their child within one of our nurseries – subject to availability. Uniforms

We provided our staff with a nursery uniform consisting of 2 nursery tops and a cardigan.

Monthly Rewards

Staff may be eligible for monthly rewards for recognisable achievements and good practice in the way of gift vouchers.

Professional Development

We support our staff to continuously develop and update their skills, from regular in house training, external and online training courses to apprenticeships, diplomas and degree. Management and Early years professionals work closely with all staff to enable all staff to continuously develop their practice and widen knowledge.
